TAKE Solutions Named to 2011 Supply Chain Distinction Awards North America Shortlist

Company recognized in "Customer Centric Supply Chain" category for helping a leading worldwide oil services customer enhance complex procure-to-pay cycles to better serve its customers

Princeton, NJ – November 21, 2011 – TAKE Solutions Ltd. [BSE: 532890 | NSE: TAKE], a leader in the Supply Chain Management and Life Sciences domains, today announced it has been named to the 2011 Supply Chain Distinction Awards North America shortlist. TAKE Solutions is recognized in the "Customer Centric Supply Chain Award" category for its OneSCM multi-enterprise online collaboration suite that helped a worldwide oil services customer meet complex and specific procure-to-pay requirements by delivering full-visibility, agility and control across its supply chain.

Since implementing OneSCM, TAKE's worldwide oil services customer has been able to manage 300,000 transactions for over 2,000 suppliers across North America, Asia, Europe and Africa. As a result, the customer has experienced a savings of $1.9 million over the last year by reducing material procurement costs and eliminating payment delays to suppliers.

"For over a decade, TAKE Solutions has been an organization focused on delivering experience, technology innovation, and customer satisfaction," said Matt Walker, executive vice president of Supply Chain, TAKE Solutions. "We are pleased to be named as a finalist in the Customer Centric Supply Chain category for demonstrating a customer centric approach that has proved quantifiable in helping our customers improve supply chain execution for their customers."

The Customer Centric Supply Chain Award recognizes companies that can prove a demonstrable a commitment to putting the customer first. These companies represent a dynamic shift in the design of the supply chain as they are moving from a "push" supply chain to a customer- centric and demand driven model. They manage demand rather than merely respond to it. This award validates all initiatives that led to customer-centric excellence via supply chain activities.

The Supply Chain Distinction Awards North America 2011 will be held on December 6th at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, Texas.
